Enrique Rabellino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiran Tomasini having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jorge Luna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Ascaso was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Gabriel Ascaso made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Francisco Mino sent off a good shot on target. David Aranda struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Kiran Tomasini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spain. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 17th minute of play. After 17 minutes of play, Spain's Adria Bielsa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kiran Tomasini was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Spain's Gabriel Ascaso got control of the ball when Jorge Luna tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Morientes in the 21st minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Morientes in the 27th minute of the match. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alessandro Finotti in the 29th minute. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Alessandro Finotti was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel Ascaso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Aranda in the 30th minute of play. If Francisco Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiran Tomasini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Ronny Simmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, David Aranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spain fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Omar Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Spain were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Luna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Omar Toledo could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Kiran Tomasini however easily saved by the left post. When Jorge Luna came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Luna couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Toledo got free with Kiran Tomasini in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Adria Bielsa came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Spain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adria Bielsa couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Omar Toledo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Kiran Tomasini to make any attempt to save it. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save THE ROKERY PIMKIS from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. Spain were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after THE ROKERY PIMKIS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Toledo took the corner. 66 minutes into the game, Omar Toledo lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Kiran Tomasini. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Neil Dussling was substituted for Ronny Simmen. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. 73 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goal looked a bit too open when Carles Cherro came free, but Kiran Tomasini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spain made a substitution. Pau Herrero replaced David Aranda. In the 78th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Ferrandis to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Spain's Enrique Rabellino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 85 minutes into the game, Spain's Sergio Ruiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kiran Tomasini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When Pau Herrero came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Spain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pau Herrero couldn't finish the play. Kiran Tomasini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pau Herrero in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute, Carles Cherro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kiran Tomasini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When the match was over Spain could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than THE ROKERY PIMKIS throughout the match.
