Sylwester Chazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 41st minute of the match. Sylwester Chazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

Pretoria Gostyń's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 53rd minute. Tomás Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. When Lionel-Andrés Messi came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Pretoria Gostyń fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lionel-Andrés Messi couldn't finish the play. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Sylwester Chazon made a huge save. In the 66th match minute, Pretoria Gostyń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Karanowski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Sylwester Chazon in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomás Clodio took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Hungary booed when Pretoria Gostyń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Kuszczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Clodio in the 76th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pretoria Gostyń's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sylwester Chazon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lionel-Andrés Messi struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretoria Gostyń. After 92 minutes Pretoria Gostyń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Tomás Clodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
