The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Roman Rosen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Germany! In the 68th minute there was a penalty for KKS Magines. Rafal Scigan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tommy Kahn. 5-1. In the 72nd minute, Miromir Cichocki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KKS Magines fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Markowski went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Rosen in the 81st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Cichocki in the 86th minute of play. Waldemar Markowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. The supporters of Germany booed when KKS Magines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Cichocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that KKS Magines were the better team. KKS Magines's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
