Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Lamczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Rezek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Karaszkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Denis Dostal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julian Karaszkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Rusil charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Rusil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Graal booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Rusil didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the game, Bohumir Kohout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Graal the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucjan Lamczyk was the one to do the kick off. In the 95th minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Karaszkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Graal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erik Jilek was slow to take the kick. During this time Czech Republic's players had a chance to rest. Erik Jilek made a great header on Czech Republic's corner, it was just that FC Graal's Julian Karaszkiewicz managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Dostal in the 98th minute of play forced FC Graal's goalkeeper Julian Karaszkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
