FC Kadzidlowen's Remigiusz Dylla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gust Ennemans, made in the 3rd minute of the game. If Bernie Gauthier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 16 in the game by Bernie Gauthier from a close distance when the talented Arnout Reekers managed to make a qualified save. Netherlands's players were relieved. Bernie Gauthier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernie Gauthier came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnout Reekers could save by the left post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Emil Kiepski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 36th minute of play forced FC Kadzidlowen's goalkeeper Emil Kiepski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Napoleon Sadlowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a free kick in the 38th minute. Alberto Tevez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Arnout Reekers skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kees Mooiweer made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gijsbert ter Kruimer immediately put the ball in play. Emil Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 44th minute of the match. Emil Kiepski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Kiepski having to interfere. Emil Kiepski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Emil Kiepski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tevez in the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Alberto Tevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Alberto Tevez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Kadzidlowen made a substitution. Kryspin Gabis replaced Rogério Pestana. Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 71st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Egbert Nijveldt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emil Kiepski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kadzidlowen's zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Kiepski came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charis Leontiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kadzidlowen's Charis Leontiou. But to his dismay, Charis Leontiou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, FC Kadzidlowen's Charis Leontiou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kees Mooiweer kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Charis Leontiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Kadzidlowen had won after a very even match.
