Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Joy Division Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Honorato Marz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 8th minute of play forced Joy Division Athletic's goalkeeper Honorato Marz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Joy Division Athletic's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led to Hungary's Vörös Henrik getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Joy Division Athletic's Honorato Marz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 18th minute of play. Maximo Charro hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Honorato Marz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Arce in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Joy Division Athletic's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Vörös Henrik managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Hungary booed when Joy Division Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Cordera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Rafael Domeka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Honorato Marz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Marz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. If Leon Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Rafael Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joy Division Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Domeka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Major Barna could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Honorato Marz however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Joy Division Athletic's Delmar Tallia got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Joy Division Athletic's Honorato Marz got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Joy Division Athletic booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edgardo Arce came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Joy Division Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Arce couldn't finish the play. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Honorato Marz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Maximo Charro kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
