Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Marek Weyna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnaba Zagrobelny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Maurer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Samuele Kunz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barnaba Zagrobelny. Switzerland's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
