After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Lars Ekberg got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When %teams%'s Torgny Landin was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 6 minutes into the game. Fodor Daniel was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Landin in the 8th minute of the match. Torgny Landin took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 19th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Källberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Landin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. Takacs Tibor made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Major Barna immediately put the ball in play. When Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute Boca Juniors were awarded a corner. Dimitris Panagiotakis went to the cornerflag to take it. Boca Juniors's Dimitris Panagiotakis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 34th minute, Torgny Landin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Szekeres Tamas hit a great ball. Torgny Landin took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lars Ekberg hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torgny Landin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torgny Landin's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 67th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Åke Källberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Takacs Tibor went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Boca Juniors's Vicky Osimhen was substituted for Emanuel Weiler. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Landin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 72nd minute, Torgny Landin made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 75 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, one of Hungary:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hungary. Greger Bratt shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With his leg Jens-Åke Källberg managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Landin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Åke Källberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Landin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boca Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harry Hedling in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boca Juniors's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
