Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Coventry Wasps's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Syd Cullen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coventry Wasps's Syd Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 9th minute of play. Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Booth in the 13th minute of play. Syd Cullen came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, Lars Meesters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Syd Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Ferrara in the 23rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Syd Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Doughty in the 44th minute of play.

The wind increased when Camilo Ferrara made the kick off in the second half. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Rørvik in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Syd Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Syd Cullen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gijsbert ter Kruimer might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Syd Cullen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran back to his position shaking his head. Lars Meesters's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Syd Cullen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Rørvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coventry Wasps made a substitution. John Moyle replaced Zack Doughty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Syd Cullen in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Rørvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ferrara in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when John Moyle came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ferrara in the 85th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Rørvik in the 96th minute of play. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
