In the 12th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cüneyt Baba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Eikelkamp in the 15th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cüneyt Baba. İbrahim Akın spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Netherlands's goal. 29 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Lars Meesters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cüneyt Baba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind ALTAY MYTHS's goalkeeper Cüneyt Baba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Cüneyt Baba successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cüneyt Baba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Meesters in the 78th minute. In the 80th match minute, ALTAY MYTHS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erhan Onal to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got free with Cüneyt Baba in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saffet Maksum took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Cüneyt Baba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 88th minute of the match. İbrahim Akın scored 3-6 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cüneyt Baba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 96th minute of play forced ALTAY MYTHS's goalkeeper Cüneyt Baba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ALTAY MYTHS throughout the match.
