After 10 played minutes Djurgården Sthlm got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Häll. Kaloyan Dimovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 14th minute of play. Viktor Orbán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Djurgården Sthlm's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Robin Olsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Djurgården Sthlm's Robin Olsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robin Olsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robin Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 36th minute of play forced Djurgården Sthlm's goalkeeper Robin Olsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Olsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kaloyan Dimovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Viktor Orbán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaloyan Dimovski to make the kick off. Robin Olsen made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Djurgården Sthlm's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Djurgården Sthlm's Robin Olsen did a great save. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaloyan Dimovski in the 54th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robin Olsen quite easily take care of the ball. Robin Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 83rd minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Orbán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes, Gösta Moberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Djurgården Sthlm and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Djurgården Sthlm! After 95 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frodo From who took care of the corner kick. Leon Topolski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
