Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Chris Nygaard made the kick off and thus started the match. Kenn Skou made in the 3rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bertram Svenningsen however managed to control. Boguslaw Waselewicz came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 played minutes Widzew Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Zembrzuski. After 12 played minutes Widzew Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Miecznikowski. In the 12th minute of the match Chris Nygaard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boguslaw Waselewicz skillfully saved the ball. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radowit Grocholski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Widzew Łódź's Radowit Grocholski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Buksa went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Stefan Pozorski in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard. Adam Buksa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. After 38 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Widzew Łódź players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the game, Bertram Svenningsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Boguslaw Waselewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Adam Buksa made the kick off in the second half. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Buksa in the 51st minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boguslaw Waselewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Stefan Pozorski in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. If Olav Graversen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Buksa in the 68th minute of play. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Stefan Pozorski with Adam Buksa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 73rd minute of the game Kenn Skou made a throw-in which Bertram Svenningsen played forward. The throw-in from Stefan Pozorski in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. Stefan Pozorski made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adam Buksa. 84 minutes into the match, Denmark's Chris Nygaard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 89 played minutes Widzew Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Wos. With a little luck, Widzew Łódź's Boguslaw Waselewicz got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Buksa in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Widzew Łódź.
