In the 11thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DongFeng Honda FC's 顾战伟 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Otto Genkenaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Lars Steen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 顾战伟 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 17th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 顾战伟 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when 乔震剑 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chris Nygaard took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 顾战伟. 顾战伟 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute 乔震剑 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 尹傲棋 in the 59th minute of the match. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by DongFeng Honda FC's 乔震剑. But to his dismay, 乔震剑 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 顾战伟 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 77th minute. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 秦梁翀, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 尹傲棋 in the 89th minute of the match. 顾战伟 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
