Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jean Kahn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the match, Martial Jay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jean Kahn struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stade Ygossais. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Martial Jay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stade Ygossais's supporters rose to their feet, but Martial Jay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Stade Ygossais's Jean Kahn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabrice Caillot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrice Caillot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Stade Ygossais's Célestin Harter got a free kick in the 21st minute. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A hard and well directed shot from Omar Yousfi led 25 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Germany's Tommy Kahn became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-0. Adam Belon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Martial Jay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Germany booed when Stade Ygossais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célestin Harter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrice Caillot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Germany got a corner. Stade Ygossais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Stade Ygossais's Fabrice Caillot managed to reach the ball for a save. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 45 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. 47 minutes in the game, Jean Kahn fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martial Jay in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Stade Ygossais booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Célestin Harter made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jean Kahn. Frank Sachs got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 60 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. A collision led to Stade Ygossais getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Célestin Harter hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Adam Belon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when Stade Ygossais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célestin Harter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrice Caillot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ulrich Stein in the 76th minute. After taking down the ball on Germany's corner Ulrich Stein fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabrice Caillot quite easily take care of the ball. Martial Jay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martial Jay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martial Jay scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Fabrice Caillot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 93rd minute of the match Célestin Harter completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Célestin Harter a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 93 played minutes Stade Ygossais got a freekick which was hit by Célestin Harter. In the 95th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stade Ygossais's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
