Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The Beatles's Doru Lițu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense. If Róbson Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takis Koutsos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes The Beatles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. Germany's Frank Sachs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Takis Koutsos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Doru Lițu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Lițu in the 19th minute of play. Tommy Kahn stood somewhat misplaced when Doru Lițu came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evert Österlund struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Beatles. In the 27th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. The corner led The Beatles's Evert Österlund to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Lițu came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinaldo Trancoso came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doru Lițu in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, The Beatles's Doru Lițu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. After 46th play minutes Doru Lițu shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Tommy Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Trancoso in the 56th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Lițu came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doru Lițu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. After 69 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reinaldo Trancoso who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to The Beatles getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Elder Santos hit a great ball. The Beatles's Zeca Brodel was substituted for Doru Lițu. Elder Santos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85thth minute of the game Zeca Brodel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Brodel came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When The Beatles's Zeca Brodel in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. The The Beatles fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when The Beatles's Frederico Messias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
