In the 93rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th match minute, Cabezón Ruggeri United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Salvatore to maneuver through the defense. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
