The supporters of Italy booed when Belisca Xana Sport Club ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olavo Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lara Guadalupi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Auletta went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 14 minutes into the match, Belisca Xana Sport Club ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lara Guadalupi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Siricio Liotta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lara Guadalupi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 33 minutes into the match, Belisca Xana Sport Club ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Porziano Marchitelli came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Belisca Xana Sport Club ®'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 35th minute, one of Belisca Xana Sport Club ®:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Belisca Xana Sport Club ®. Belisca Xana Sport Club ®'s Wanderson Paes was substituted for Tom Araya. In the 44th minute Rusi Moskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
