Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Portugal's Viriato Moura started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Milferio's Terry Jamieson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 4th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Terry Jamieson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match Milferio got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Terry Jamieson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Cucao during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Portugal's Gustavo Matos was substituted for Fabricio Andrade. David Cucao hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Celso Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Andrea Herrera kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Celso Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 20th minute of play. Milferio's Celso Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 23rd minute of play. Celso Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Milferio's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Pimentel came free, but Celso Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute of play forced Milferio's goalkeeper Celso Javiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Portugal booed when Milferio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jónsteinn Ásbjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. If Daniel Pimentel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Milferio's Enzo Tono was substituted for Eugenios Moutsios. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Terry Jamieson made a kick off. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute of the match, Viriato Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Celso Javiar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Terry Jamieson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Celso Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 62nd minute of the match. When Feng Xiang Yi came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Milferio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feng Xiang Yi couldn't finish the play. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Felipinho Amorim struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Celso Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipinho Amorim got free with Celso Javiar in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felipinho Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celso Javiar. Celso Javiar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Avellaneda in the 84th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Javiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolomeu Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venancio Otsando replaced Jonatan Iraitz. 95 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Avellaneda came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Milferio from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
