Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boguslaw Mierzwa was slow to take the kick. During this time MKS Bełchatów's players had a chance to rest. With an all-out effort, MKS Bełchatów's Tommy Kahn threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonathan Soberano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in MKS Bełchatów's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomil Weyna came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Dumont, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that MKS Bełchatów were the better team. MKS Bełchatów's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
