The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erik Jilek scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Reyes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Alan Rezek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Simon Reyes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alan Rezek scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Reyes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the game, 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's Osvaldo Ferrero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vavrinec Holub made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Denis Dostal charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Dostal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Dostal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Igor Paulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Igor Paulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Claris got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's Simon Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Jilek in the 34th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Ferrero's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Simon Reyes came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Czech Republic's Denis Dostal. But to his dismay, Denis Dostal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Valdemar Turecek hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Candido Huly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Jilek to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Osvaldo Ferrero made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. David Rusil hit a great ball. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's Simon Reyes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas from getting a goal against them. Czech Republic's Erik Jilek was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Simon Reyes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bohumir Kohout kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Isidoro Boni hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Czech Republic got a corner. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erik Jilek ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Czech Republic's corner Erik Jilek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Simon Reyes quite easily take care of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Dostal came free, but Simon Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's goalkeeper Simon Reyes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Jilek. In the 91st minute, Bohumir Kohout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
