Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Valdir Bigotte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Thorsten Klemm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Allan da Fonseca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Allan da Fonseca slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan da Fonseca. Valdir Bigotte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Thorsten Klemm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moerhuize's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorsten Klemm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herman Kindermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Kindermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Kindermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Charl Minnen came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Moerhuize fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charl Minnen couldn't finish the play. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herman Kindermans saved Moerhuize from getting behind. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Bigotte in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Thorsten Klemm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Moerhuize's Herman Kindermans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Moerhuize from getting a goal against them. If Thorsten Klemm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. In the 68th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Herman Kindermans made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Valdir Bigotte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Germany's Willy Stieler quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Charles-Antoine Wenderickx, made in the 78th minute of the game. In the 79th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Willy Stieler fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Willy Stieler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Willy Stieler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Allan da Fonseca came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Moerhuize's Thorsten Klemm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Bigotte came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Moerhuize players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
