After having played for 7 minutes, Arnoldo Ekaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrilete Cosmico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Ekaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arnoldo Ekaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th minute, Moises Francesco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Barrilete Cosmico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Bernat to maneuver through the defense. After 14 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olimpiu Buligan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Ekaitz in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Barrilete Cosmico getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jacobo Umbruso hit a great ball. Barrilete Cosmico's Olimpiu Buligan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 24th minute of play. Adolfo Goi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Olimpiu Buligan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Francesco. Olimpiu Buligan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 35th minute of the match. Arnoldo Ekaitz took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Moises Francesco scored 3-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Barrilete Cosmico's Olimpiu Buligan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 42nd minute of play. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacobo Matei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 46 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.
Olimpiu Buligan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Arnoldo Ekaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 56th minute Moises Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Francesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Rafael Emmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Moises Francesco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Francesco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Buligan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Ekaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olimpiu Buligan having to make a save. 81 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olimpiu Buligan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olimpiu Buligan having to make a save. In the 91st minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Jacobo Matei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrilete Cosmico's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Matei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Barrilete Cosmico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
