Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. SC Freiburg 09's Renato Candal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 10th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasco Brás, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Renato Candal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Renato Candal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Vasco Brás managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Freiburg 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasco Brás was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abílio Passos in the 29th minute of play. The corner led SC Freiburg 09's Abílio Passos to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Renato Candal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renato Candal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in SC Freiburg 09's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renato Candal came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 46th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Renato Candal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abílio Passos was the one to do the kick off. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abílio Passos in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Renato Candal. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 68 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Renato Candal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abílio Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Renato Candal made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Katona Janos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Serafim Garcez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abílio Passos in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 09's Mehmet Ferit İsmet got a free kick in the 89th minute. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SC Freiburg 09 throughout the match.
