In the 14th match minute, RomanianPower was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Pora to maneuver through the defense. RomanianPower's Grigore Chivu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Dé 魏延 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Flavio Vittori. Dé 魏延 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Cînu in the 21st minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 22nd minute of play forced RomanianPower's goalkeeper Grigore Chivu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 24th minute of play forced RomanianPower's goalkeeper Grigore Chivu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dé 魏延 got free with Flavio Vittori in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferenc Puskás in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Dé 魏延 made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, RomanianPower's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Grigore Chivu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Chivu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Chivu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Baniu in the 64th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Grigore Chivu. Grigore Chivu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Grigore Chivu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Chivu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porziano Marchitelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Grigore Chivu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to RomanianPower getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Cătălin Pora hit a great ball. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. After 85 played minutes RomanianPower got a freekick which was hit by Cătălin Pora. Grigore Chivu was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Porziano Marchitelli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Porziano Marchitelli really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After some careless play in the RomanianPower defense, Adriano Curto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grigore Chivu. The RomanianPower fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grigore Chivu should have stopped the shot. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé 魏延 in the 97th minute of the match.
