Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 24 minutes into the match, FC Angst vorm Ball's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Jens Schrape reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Krabbe came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthias Zahn was the one to do the kick off. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
