In the 7th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Fc Schönhagen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Fc Schönhagen got a corner. Fc Schönhagen's Nestor Firman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Bernhardt Reshauge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 18th minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loris Groß in the 23rd minute of the match. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc Schönhagen's Bernhardt Reshauge. Bernhardt Reshauge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Xie Cheng Xiao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xie Cheng Xiao in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loris Groß stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Castelain kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Castelain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Fc Schönhagen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 87 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Cheng Xiao came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
