Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Farid Mondragón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Farid Mondragón was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 8 minutes into the match, Kerry Sellers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kerry Sellers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kerry Sellers in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Farid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Forbes in the 25th minute of the match. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Sidney Forbes sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belgium's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eric Snowden was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Independiente's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 33rd minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Farid Mondragón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Farid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Farid Mondragón. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerry Sellers in the 38th minute of play. The C. A. Independiente fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when C. A. Independiente's Kerry Sellers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. C. A. Independiente's Tommie Bolton was substituted for Sidney Forbes. When C. A. Independiente's Tommie Bolton in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgium's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kerry Sellers to strike the kick off in the second half. Guillaume Bonte made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C. A. Independiente's Tomas Gustafson. Tommie Bolton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Tommie Bolton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Yves Dervaux got a free kick in the 60th minute. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommie Bolton in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Kerry Sellers managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Kerry Sellers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Farid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Sid Chadwick came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The C. A. Independiente fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when C. A. Independiente's Tommie Bolton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farid Mondragón. Farid Mondragón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 80th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Farid Mondragón, passed just outside the right post. After 82 minutes of play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farid Mondragón was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kerry Sellers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Kerry Sellers scored 4-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casper Claes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the game, Tommie Bolton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Casper Claes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C. A. Independiente were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Belgium for a fine match.
