After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Simão Souto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. Niko Leibrandt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Frank Sachs scored 4-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Bourceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Matt Sharples kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 57 played minutes C.A.Tapiales - Münster got a freekick which was hit by Herwig Koeppen. Kevin Vilaverde kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 65 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rudy Siong who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Rudy Siong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of C.A.Tapiales - Münster booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on C.A.Tapiales - Münster's corner Rudy Siong fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matt Sharples, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute of the match C.A.Tapiales - Münster got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rudy Siong ran over to the corner to take the kick. Denis Bourceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 83rd minute of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Helmut Schepers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
