Galtero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Clodio to maneuver through the defense. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luiz Guilherme Arce came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giannis Michaloliakos's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute Juan Manuel Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Teo Fidensio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Luiz Guilherme Arce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Guilherme Arce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
