SIDI's Inocencio Raulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 25th minute of play. Inocencio Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. Inocencio Raulo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Eikelkamp went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Inocencio Raulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Jeremias Iigo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Lizer in the 55th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Inocencio Raulo was a little too slow when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-3. Inocencio Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 90th minute of play. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 91st minute. Lars Meesters made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that SIDI's Inocencio Raulo managed to reach the ball for a save. After 92 minutes of play, Netherlands's Lars Meesters made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Raulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
