Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Nilsson. Sven-Edvin Lindkvist hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 17th minute of play forced Djurgården IF's goalkeeper Du Chong Le to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Djurgården IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Djurgården IF's Du Chong Le did a great save. In the 20th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szekeres Tamas to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Djurgården IF's Gustav Ahlrot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Djurgården IF booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vörös Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Alexander Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of play forced Djurgården IF's goalkeeper Du Chong Le to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Hungary's Takacs Tibor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Du Chong Le narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Gustav Ahlrot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Du Chong Le came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Hegedus Henrik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Du Chong Le made a huge save. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 51st minute. Du Chong Le showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Major Barna in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Du Chong Le, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 65 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Du Chong Le was left in no man's land by his defense there! Du Chong Le showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boros Benedek, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After 76 minutes Djurgården IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Djurgården IF's Du Chong Le did a great save. Djurgården IF's Du Chong Le proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Djurgården IF from getting a goal against them. Du Chong Le made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Du Chong Le. That made the score 0-3 after 83 minutes of play. When Antal Valentin, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Du Chong Le was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Du Chong Le was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Major Barna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Major Barna really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Djurgården IF.
