Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Artur Van Caels took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of U21 Luxembourg booed when Caballo Negro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Van Caels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Van Caels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Caballo Negro's Iker Herensuge got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 20 minutes, Aaron Chevalier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Luxembourg and the Caballo Negro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, U21 Luxembourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Chevalier to maneuver through the defense. Iker Herensuge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Louis Hasenkamp having to make a save. Wilhelm Kupferblum kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Bonifacio Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cédric Payen in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Artur Van Caels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louis Hasenkamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louis Hasenkamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Gonchan, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cédric Payen was the one to do the kick off. Gaudencio Gonchan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Hasenkamp having to interfere. A collision led to Caballo Negro getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Octavio Segio hit a great ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Cédric Payen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Luxembourg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cédric Payen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cédric Payen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Van Caels in the 62nd minute of play forced U21 Luxembourg's goalkeeper Louis Hasenkamp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Caballo Negro getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Octavio Segio hit a great ball. Cédric Payen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cédric Payen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bonifacio Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute Gaudencio Gonchan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louis Hasenkamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
