After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Martin Janko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Portugal booed when V.K.DRINK Hermanovce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sirius Black didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Doriva Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Daniel Mikla lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Wilson Amorim. 34 minutes into the match, Viriato Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doriva Reis. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viriato Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Mikla was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Mikla took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 54thth minute of the game Daniel Mikla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Martin Janko got a free kick in the 55th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stano Štoch went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Mikla might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Mikla ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Mikla in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute Pa-Dembo Bumbac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Doriva Reis threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Caetano Moreira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipe Barreto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doriva Reis. That made the score 4-3 in the 74 minute of play. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Doriva Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipinho Amorim in the 94th minute of the match. Although V.K.DRINK Hermanovce had been in control for most of the match, Portugal still came away with the win.
