With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mero Portero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 36th minute of play forced POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Mero Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mero Portero came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzo Donis during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mero Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madaleno Quevedo. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Madaleno Quevedo to make the kick off. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Šale Caro in the 76th minute of play. After 77 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Arias who took care of the corner kick. 79 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mero Portero. Takacs Tibor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 82nd minute, Antal Valentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Mauro Arias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hungary's Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move. In the 95th minute, Gonzo Donis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol.
