Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 played minutes FC Truseni got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Papuc. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonid Nazaria's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18thth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 played minutes FC Truseni got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Cepoi. Anibal Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Anibal Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Cornea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Sandu Perju's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Perju helped the player get up and apologised. Sandu Perju hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Aritza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 41st minute of play. Major Barna scored 0-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anibal Aritza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Leonid Nazaria took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Anibal Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some careless play in the FC Truseni defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Aritza. The FC Truseni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Aritza should have stopped the shot. Anibal Aritza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 68th minute. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Truseni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. When FC Truseni's Mihail Postolache in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, FC Truseni's Mihail Postolache got a free kick in the 76th minute. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after FC Truseni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led to Hungary's Takacs Tibor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 86 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after FC Truseni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led to Hungary's Takacs Tibor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 89 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. In the 90th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Takacs Tibor drilling the ball in to score 1-3 behind FC Truseni's goalkeeper. 96 minutes into the match, Teodor Cornea notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Truseni.
