To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdeniz Hagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in ESPİYEM 28's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atıf Mertoğul came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mondi Drogba in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, ESPİYEM 28's Mondi Drogba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ESPİYEM 28 had won after a very even match.
