Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Daniel Păvăloae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Daniel Păvăloae, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Metal Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Phelipe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Daniel Păvăloae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Metal Juniors defense, Wim Wilmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Păvăloae. The Metal Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Păvăloae should have stopped the shot. Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of play. Wim Wilmes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Daniel Păvăloae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Napier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Daniel Păvăloae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wim Wilmes took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Păvăloae. Daniel Păvăloae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Nicolas Napier made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Lars Meesters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Păvăloae was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Metal Juniors defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Păvăloae. The Metal Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Păvăloae should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Metal Juniors getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marco Ireno hit a great ball. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Metal Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Ireno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Wim Wilmes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Păvăloae. The goal made the score 0-4. 70 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Daniel Păvăloae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Păvăloae narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae managed to reach the ball for a save. The attack was good, but when Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 74th minute, Mathijn Doctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emilio Bibiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 83 minutes into the game, Eloy Gaufred threw the ball into play from the sideline. Netherlands's David Eikelkamp quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Metal Juniors's zone, Lars Meesters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Păvăloae came out of the goal and Lars Meesters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Egbert Nijveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
