Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Boros Benedek got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Sergio Dennis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The goal made the score 1-1. 71 minutes into the game, Eloy Gaufred cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute Martín Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Sergio Dennis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Daniel Păvăloae had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Boros Benedek hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Many of Hungary's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hungary may have spent more time on the ball, but Metal Juniors were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
