Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ricardinho Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes, Hungary's Balazs Lajos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardinho Moreira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hungary reached it. In the 7th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Carlos Fernando Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes Dragões de Campo Grande's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Ricardinho Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardinho Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardinho Moreira having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Bakos Endre got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Zé Paulo Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardinho Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Zé Paulo Trancoso made the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dragões de Campo Grande! When the match had been going on for 51 minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ricardinho Moreira. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Balazs Lajos might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardinho Moreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Balazs Lajos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ricardinho Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Ricardinho Moreira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antal Valentin got in the 70th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ricardinho Moreira handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a little luck, Dragões de Campo Grande's Ricardinho Moreira got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Dragões de Campo Grande's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Dragões de Campo Grande's Ricardinho Moreira managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Dragões de Campo Grande's Zé Paulo Trancoso got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the last second Ricardinho Moreira throw himself and got hold of the ball when Takacs Tibor in the 78thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ricardinho Moreira made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Bakos Endre got a free kick in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Dragões de Campo Grande's Carlos Fernando Pinheiro got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ricardinho Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 93rd match minute, Dragões de Campo Grande was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Vianna to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dragões de Campo Grande's Osvaldo Miranda got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dragões de Campo Grande throughout the match.
