Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tyron Velasquez in the 29th minute. Fodor Daniel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cesar Small. Aaron Smallwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. Aaron Smallwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when Santos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Small didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Santos FC's Dominic Albright got a free kick in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lanny Gilmore made a kick off. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Gilmore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 55th minute of the match. Aaron Smallwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Tory Weeks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lanny Gilmore took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Santos FC made a substitution. Terence Nicholas replaced Tyron Velasquez. When Santos FC's Lanny Gilmore in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Santos FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Santos FC had won after a very even match.
