Churriaca's Baldomero Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 6th minute of play. Germany were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Churriaca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Linus Schwerner got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baldomero Tulio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 9th minute. Germany's Frank Sachs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Baldomero Tulio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 21st minute Peng Sang Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Churriaca got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Ostrowski. Frank Sachs took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baldomero Tulio. Churriaca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peng Sang Yuan went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 39 played minutes, Germany's Albin Holweck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Tulio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Germany reached it. 47 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peng Sang Yuan. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Lico in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luisito Lico was the one to do the kick off. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edelmiro Mikeldi went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, one of Churriaca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Churriaca. Baldomero Tulio had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Frank Sachs's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Churriaca were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
