Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Sherman started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 5th minute of play forced Western Springs FC's goalkeeper Hal Mackey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Western Springs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Hal Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lionel Egan in the 14th minute. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomas Sherman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Sherman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 37 minutes into the match, Western Springs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Hal Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hal Mackey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hal Mackey having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Western Springs FC's Hal Mackey got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Sherman in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Western Springs FC's goalkeeper Hal Mackey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Sherman in the 61st minute of the match. Hal Mackey made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Takacs Tibor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Vörös Henrik fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Vörös Henrik a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Vörös Henrik got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes, Western Springs FC's Emmanuel Corley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fodor Daniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Western Springs FC reached it. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Corley in the 77th minute of play. Takacs Tibor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emmanuel Corley took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fodor Daniel. Hungary's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frankie Russell in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Tomas Sherman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Western Springs FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
