Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Zak Crocker capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zak Crocker really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ollie Paterson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janes Van Huruck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Tosh Higginson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Hythe United Rangers's Janes Van Huruck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Hythe United Rangers booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Tosh Higginson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hythe United Rangers's Janes Van Huruck. Janes Van Huruck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zak Crocker in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Hythe United Rangers got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dylan Crossley ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 32nd minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel was a little too slow when Lance Eyre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 43rd minute Tosh Higginson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosh Higginson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 43rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Fodor Daniel would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tosh Higginson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hungary booed when Hythe United Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Letheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Ollie Paterson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Antal Valentin took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Janes Van Huruck to make any attempt to save it. Janes Van Huruck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dylan Crossley fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hythe United Rangers's protests and gave Dylan Crossley a yellow card for diving instead. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Boros Benedek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hungary and the Hythe United Rangers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Hungary:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hythe United Rangers:s goal. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
