The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Svinninge BK's Isak Blom got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Marvin Harrer hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Jonas Nalder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isak Bergman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute Jonas Nalder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isak Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Dalgren in the 20th minute of play. If Marvin Harrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Dalgren in the 23rd minute of the match. Fabio Schneider hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Dalgren in the 29th minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svinninge BK's Isak Bergman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Nalder in the 30th minute of play. Svinninge BK's Jonas Dalgren was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience was convinced that Jonas Dalgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Auer was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonas Dalgren was slow to take the kick. During this time Svinninge BK's players had a chance to rest. Isak Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Galishoff in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Svinninge BK booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Schneider didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Jonas Dalgren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marvin Harrer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Svinninge BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Austria were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Galishoff was the one to do the kick off. Svinninge BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
