Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tasos Fasoulas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Cambaratiba got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Vaz. 10 minutes into the match, Cambaratiba's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Stanislaw Lichucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Tasos Fasoulas sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Gustaaf Groeneveldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanislaw Lichucki was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stanislaw Lichucki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 15 minutes, Tasos Fasoulas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambaratiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tasos Fasoulas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Lichucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislaw Lichucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Cambaratiba's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Stanislaw Lichucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. 31 minutes into the match, David Eikelkamp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanislaw Lichucki. Cambaratiba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Eikelkamp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Stanislaw Lichucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Arnout Reekers managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Cambaratiba's Tasos Fasoulas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tasos Fasoulas in the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanislaw Lichucki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Cambaratiba made a substitution. Fabiano Mota replaced Kiko Leal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Stanislaw Lichucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanislaw Lichucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the match, Lars Meesters tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stanislaw Lichucki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Fasoulas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th match minute, Cambaratiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Camargo to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Cássio Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Neiva hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Lichucki having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Tasos Fasoulas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Stanislaw Lichucki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cambaratiba's Tasos Fasoulas. But to his dismay, Tasos Fasoulas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cambaratiba's Eduardo Mandrak was substituted for Tasos Fasoulas. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 94th minute, Diguinho Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 98 played minutes Cambaratiba got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Velasco. Netherlands were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
