In the 4th minute, Selatse Cantillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bartolo Bachicabo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bartolo Bachicabo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Robustiano Peruanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Peruanton in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selatse Cantillo in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. Oylimpiamos Ψ were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Switzerland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rik Quexada took the corner. 20 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Selatse Cantillo came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Peruanton got free with Hias Nüssli in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the game, Fridolin Neumeister was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Switzerland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oylimpiamos Ψ the free kick. Fridolin Neumeister kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Bachicabo. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Rodrigo von Känel kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Hias Nüssli had great luck who in the 29thth minute grab hold of the ball when Selatse Cantillo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 29th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo von Känel to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 33 minutes, Selatse Cantillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oylimpiamos Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selatse Cantillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Selatse Cantillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Bachicabo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Peruanton went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selatse Cantillo in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Selatse Cantillo made the kick off in the second half. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Bachicabo in the 61st minute of play. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selatse Cantillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Selatse Cantillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Topo Gigio hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the game, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Gregory Neila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Neila in the 95th minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oylimpiamos Ψ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
