Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Ruy Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Ruy Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidnei de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Sebastião de Lima sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Sebastião de Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 19th minute of play forced Caarapo SS's goalkeeper Sidnei de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidnei de Souza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cassidy Wang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. After 35 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. 38 minutes into the match, Sebastião de Lima notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caarapo SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sebastião de Lima made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Frank Sachs fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sidnei de Souza, passed just outside the right post. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Lima in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Caarapo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Pena to maneuver through the defense. Ruy Dracena took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Caarapo SS's Sidnei de Souza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Caarapo SS from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Sidnei de Souza in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cassidy Wang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Caarapo SS's Cassidy Wang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Caarapo SS booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrich Stein didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 minutes, Ruy Dracena made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Sidnei de Souza managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 88 minutes Caarapo SS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Germany's Frank Sachs to fire away a dangerous shot which Sidnei de Souza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Ruy Dracena notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sebastião de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Caarapo SS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
