In the 10th minute, Baldomero Sugoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 12th minute, Baldomero Sugoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomero Sugoi in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Baldomero Sugoi put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. After 32 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Beaux. Nereo Erwenne, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camille Baume didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Baldomero Sugoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. When Baldomero Sugoi came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Sugoi couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Peletier to make the kick off. Godfredo Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Barbier in the 52nd minute of the match. Godfredo Bento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camille Baume in the 56th minute. In the 61st minute, Baldomero Sugoi made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Angelino Elivareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Bembe, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
