After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Kyle Cox managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyle Cox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Bento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th match minute, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Fliz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 25th minute of play forced ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's goalkeeper Godfredo Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomero Sugoi made a kick off. If Baldomero Sugoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. England's Kyle Cox got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's zone, Kyle Cox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Bento came out of the goal and Kyle Cox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Issac Dawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caelan Hayes couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ fans cheered their team off the field, for while England had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
