The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Erdiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Videl kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Anacleto Eguen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Talat Başdemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Erdiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Erdiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Daniel Erdiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Erdiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1.
